4 month conch piercing

I've been having trouble with my conch I've noticed that I have a bump on the back side of my piercing what kind I'm not sure all I know is that it's not massive and on the piercing site.

For the life of me I can't get a good look at it even in pictures, but I do know that I have like crusties stuck on the bar...? Or maybe its puss...but it doesn't hurt only when I mess with it trying to get a good look at it however it is pinkish in color around.

Anyways one of my aunt's told me to try emu oil, I figured she's more reliable with piercing info because she has a couple herself.

I have H2O ocean spray and use it frequently and I've tried tea tree oil but honestly im not consistent.

I was doing so well with making it shrink but then one day I went to the lake, spent a good chunk of time in the water, came home to realize there was blood. I freaked and cleaned and there's a part of me wondering if I made it infected.

Anyways does anyone have advice for me?

Is it a good idea to take it out and do a seat salt soak and clean the jewelry?

Is emu oil even worth trying?

I'm tired of this bump.
