Anyone else dying from heartburn??? These last few days have me feeling like my esophagus is on fire and I’m going to throw up stomach acid 😩  Tums are now a regular part of my diet. Please hurry up October! 😭

I have a prescription Zantac and it’s helped a ton. Morning and night. I finally said something to my doc because the heartburn was so bad I was vomiting every night and she said “no no more of that, mama” and wrote the order!!

No need to suffer, get a prescription from your Dr! Mine said it was the most normal thing and if I eventually needed sth stronger, that’s fine too. 
Don’t know about your experience, but eating less carbs definitely keeps my heartburn away.

Zantac 150.... one in the morning and one in the pm. No need to suffer.
