Bf doesn’t pull his weight in our relationship

Hey beautiful ladies!!

I’d like your opinion on this....

My bf and I have been together for 2yrs , we beat long distance the first year and have now been living together for 6months.

Things were great in the beginning, we’d clean together, he would help out without me having to ask etc..then idk what happened but now he just sits on the couch and plays a video game before going to work while I am attending to puppies needs and cleaning the house. SO FRUSTRATING.

He works 6days a week 5-6hr shifts. I am my grandfathers round the clock care taker (he lives upstairs from us ).

I’ve expressed to him my feelings and that I’d like for him to help out around the house but his response is always “I go to work and I drive you to do errands etc”. (I don’t drive stick shift-we are living in Italy 🇮🇹).

This is my longest relationship and I know you gotta put in work in them, but I’m so tired of having to nag to him about helping out! I mean I’m not his mother, I don’t need to be picking up after my boyfriend 🙄🙄🙄

HELP!

Do You ladies that have had successful long term relationships have any advice for this newbie?
