Concerned, is this normal?
For the past week or so i’ve been experiencing cramps (almost like period cramps), lower back pain, watery discharge (a lot of it), and i also keep getting hot flushes too. I thought this was normal as i was due on my period and i usually get this the day before i start, however i’m now 4 days late and am still experiencing all of the above. Should i be worried? I’m never normally irregular or late
