What are these bumps?

I am freaking out. I am a 16 year old who has NEVER made any sexual contact with anyone in my life. There are these bumps that are in between my vagina and my anus and I have no clue what they are. I noticed then about a month ago and when I went to check on them they have a sort of scab like feel. I’m freaking out. I told my mother and she said she’ll make me an appointment but never did. Does anyone know what these are?
