Stomach issues

I can’t see a doctor till sep 1 because that’s when my insurance is affective. I haven’t had my period in 3 months and I had diarrhea and then been constipated my epigatric region feels so uncomfortable. This post is not to see if I’m pregnant I took a test a month ago and it was blood test which was negative. So I’m concerned something is really wrong what can help with constipation. Help pls
