I’m trying my best to stay positive. I’m 10 weeks pregnant, no cramps and no bleeding. I don’t have another ultrasound till 12 weeks. I’m being monitored closely cuz I’ve had to previous losses. My hcg was checked and it went down a little at 9 weeks 5 days. At 7 weeks 4 days it was around 72,000 then at 9 weeks 5 days it was 70,000. i saw a healthy heart beat at 7 weeks 4 days. It was 159. Does the slight decrease in hcg means I have miscarried?

I’ve done a lot of googling which says hcg is suppose to decline and taper of between week 8 to 12 but some say it’s not suppose to decline till week 13. So not sure which one to go by. I have no symptoms , no pain or cramping that why I’m wondering if it could be a missed miscarriage. My actual doctor is away till sometime in September so playing the waiting game now till my next ultrasound
