Only Had sex a week before. And now five days late with a positive blood test

I had sex by curiously through out the month Of August but then I want to weigh a week before my period It was supposed to come on the 22nd I felt PMS the week before and I had unprotected sex with two gentlemen one was a casual one time the other was the course of the week many times throughout the day. I went home the Thursday the 22 Hoping to get my period. As days went by I decided to take a early pregnancy test Saturday morning the 24. It came back positive. That evening I went to the hospital with my best friend had a urinalysis and a blood test both came back positive. They told me that they can’t determine the date of conception but my hCG levels are at 215.7. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how things are going and how to go about it with late ovulation or maybe who the father is.
