Did He Ask Me Out?😳

So my crush and I text often (one of those things were both of us are in the feels, but no one is brave enough to admit it) and the other day he texted me raving about how he and his new roommate went to a new local restaurant that brews their own beer and how great is was and it was really cheap during their happy hour, etc. and I was like “Sounds like you had a good time.” and then it took him a long time to type out, but then he sent me “Yeah I’ll have to take you there sometime when you’re free.”

I’m kind of taking it with a grain of salt because he was a little tipsy when he was texting me, but...was that and invitation for a date or hangout? I’m flattered and glad that he actually made a move, but I don’t know if he meant it or not because of the alcohol in his system. Just needed an outsiders opinion:) I do plan on taking him up on the offer.
