I seriously cannot tell if it’s my water or pee or normal discharge

And it’s driving me crazy. Felt some leaking earlier while at the store but I did have a full bladder so I didn’t get too excited although I normally don’t leak even with a full bladder. Came home, peed, changed my pad. Pretty much always feeling moist but also peeing every 5-10 minutes (and I haven’t had anything to drink). New pad is moist but could be urine or regular discharge as far as I know!

I’m super hesitant to go in and be checked because I thought my water broke earlier in the week, went in, had a super painful internal exam and was sent home.

I guess if it’s my water contractions should be starting soon?
