Please help

So I’m 5 days late on this app and on my flo app it says I’m 3 days late. Lately I’ve been feeling nauseous out of no where not a lot but it’s sometimes. Should I take a test to see if I am?! I was feeling a little of cramps today but I see no period. My husband and I did have a lot of sex in the beginning of the month we were being careful he didn’t finish in me. I need advice..... thank you ladies.
