New Guy, new friends

Okay so I have a situation. I have been dating this guy for about 3 months to the date and we have had honesty issues in the beginning on his part but he is actively making an effort to stop and I see the change. With that being said, he has a lot of lady friends and it makes me uncomfortable but I don’t want to tell him he can’t have lady friends, but I know that some of his friends he has had intercourse with in the past and I am wondering if I should be worried or trust his word? He currently has a girl bf that he openly told me he has had sex with way before we met a long time ago but she is promiscuous and cheats on her own gf with both men and women. What should I do? I am falling for this man and he literally gives me his whole world so I want to make a decision before I am in love with him.
