Early pregnancy - sickness?

Question

I only found out last Wednesday that me and my husband were pregnant 3/4 weeks but this weekend and sorry for the TMI I've had such bad sickness and diarrhoea 😢
I literally can't eat anything without bringing it up. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it's normal in pregnancies. But I don't have anyone to speak to and I'm worried if it's bad for the baby? I don't know what to do?
 Any advice would be great please?

I’m about 5 weeks and starting yesterday I’ve been super nauseous and now I can’t keep anything down. It’s not bad for the baby until you’re losing a lot of weight and you’re dehydrated.

I'm 4w 2d and the boobs are killing.  Today I threw up in the car whilst driving to work.  And tried to eat a sandwich and that came right back up.  I'm so hungry and Everytime I put something in my mouth I don't even want to chew it.  It all tastes like sawdust.  I don't think it's a big, sounds like normal symptoms to me.
