Unexplained secondary infertility

So frustrating! First child was within one month of going off the pill. Second time around, went off the pill but used other protection for a few months. Hormones went a little crazy. Fast forward 14 months later and I'm still not pregnant. Best guess is mild PCOS. Due to, polycystic ovaries and a high for my age AMH. BUT I ovulate (opk) every month, my period comes like clockwork (28-32 days), I have the exact same symptoms every month. Tender uterus during ovulation. Tired, irritable, anxious two days before my period. Trying pre-seed, removed a small fibroid, acupuncture, and PCOS related supplements as suggested by naturopath. I really don't want to resort to shots and drugs because everybody keeps saying everything looks great!! But alas...every month I get my period right on time. Just wondering if anybody had a similar experience and has some advice.
