Where do I start shopping?

I'm 15w and I still haven't bought anything. I don't know what to get first? Is there a list or something of things I should be getting. I don't even know what to put on my registry.

Im 24w & haven’t bought anything yet. I made a registry with buy buy baby. They have a list of “must haves”. U can start with that & tailor it to what u need.

If you're planning on having a shower I wouldn't buy anything yet just add it to your registry. There's lists online.

Make a registry first. Try not to buy anything until after the shower. You never know what people will end up buying you. Don’t register for clothes, people will buy those anyway.

There are lists online and some places like buy buy baby will even give you a booklet that will have everything a baby could need in it. Even the you wouldn't even think about.

From my experience, I wouldnt start a registry. I only got like 6-7 items out of my registry. Everything else hubby and I kept it in the registry and buy it ourselves. My MIL bought a lot of stuff for her so that's good.

Start a list of the things you have to have, and add “wants” later
Car seat
Crib 
Crib sheets
Swing
A rock n play or something small for when baby is in living room or something with you
Diapers
Wipes
Soaps
Lotions
Clothes

We bought the furniture ahead of our baby shower and a few clothes and decor. Most poeple do clothes at showers. I also got our baby monitor since it was half off for prime day. Were waiting on most of the rest until after our shower.

Some basics:
• Stroller
• Car seat
• Onesies/Pants/Socks/Hats
• Blankets
• Burp Cloths
• Baby Carrier (my opinion on this one)
• Wipes/Diapers (I personally wouldn’t stock up)
• Safe place for baby to sleep (bassinet, crib, or pack n’ play)
• Mirror for car
• Car seat protector (really glad I got this!)
