Teething & Fever

Ok ladies. This is my second kid but I never ran into this issue with my daughter. So our son is 7 months old and is currently cutting his 2 bottom teeth. Has has been running a temp of 101-103.4 since Friday. He has all the other teething symptoms chewing on everything, fussy all that jazz. But a temp that high...is that normal?

Again my daughters temp never got that high from teething but she never cut 2 teeth at once. Nurse line recommends bringing him in. But dont want a $200 bill if it's just teeth. Tylenol every 4-6 hours seems to do the trick
