IUD Removal

Can someone look at this and help me try to make sense of it please. I had a period from 7/23 to 7/29. On 8/1, I got my IUD removed and had what I’m guessing was a withdrawal bleed from 8/3 to 8/8. My regular period shouldn’t have come until 8/23. I get my period every 30 days like clockwork. From 8/14 to 8/19 I “bled” very lightly, with 8/19 only being some spotting.

My question is, could that 8/14 “bleed” have been implantation? According to glow, I’m supposed to ovulate this Friday 8/30. I’ve been testing, but no surge yet. I have some cramping, back pain and nausea. Any ideas on what could be going on? I know after the IUD removal, it could take time for my cycle to regulate, but I never actually lost my cycle when I had the IUD. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
