Period- ovulation
How do you guys keep track of your ovulation with a irregular period? It’s so hard for me to especially sometimes I don’t get any symptoms of even ovulating. This month I got my period 5 days later than I was suppose to , does that throw off my ovulation cycle? My boyfriend is in the military and we aren’t together always cause his base is in a different state , we are trying but now I feel like I’m not ovulating like I was suppose to.
