Target diaper return policy

Not sure what group to put this in-

What is the target diaper return policy? My brother bought diapers for my baby 7 months ago In size 2 and three. My seven-month-old is just now wearing size 2 and I went to try the diapers and I absolutely hate them. I only used three diapers out of the box. Am I able to return those diapers? And can I return the unopened size 3 diapers without a receipt? I don’t mind getting a in-store card Since I would be just buying more diapers anyway with it LOL.

Also off-topic- I registered for pampers swaddlers diapers, and not one person bought us them, they all bought other brands. But I also didn’t receive anything off the registry. We had like 4 people who bought us baby shampoo, all different brands but not the one we registered for. We didn’t even register for expensive brands. Is that a normal occurrence with registries. I am thankful for what we got but returning items that didn’t work has been a pain. Some stuff is just sitting around because we have no idea where people got it from.
