Am I crazy?

Am I crazy for getting so upset about my s/o liking pretty girls pictures?

I’m 8 weeks 5 days pregnant with his babe.

Him and I have known each other and have been good friends for 2 1/2 years when we dated the first time, he left me for another chick and destroyed me after that I wanted to be friends with him still because I genuinely care for him and wanted him in my life and after a turn of events we’ve recently hooked up again.. found out we were pregnant and made the decision to be try and do this as a couple.

I’ve never been the jealous type or insecure with myself, but while with my ex I gained a lot of weight and do not like my body.

I’ve asked my s/o to stop liking other girls photos as it made me uncomfortable and he said he would.. but he hasn’t.. and it’s killing me, but I don’t want to come off as crazy by bringing it up again.
