Question.. 😁🤔

So I have a 24 hour urine test thing I have to do.. They said to start with the pee AFTER my morning pee.. If I pee almost every 2 hours and usually 2 or 3 times a night depends i how much I drunk (usually about 3am and 6am give or take ) do I start collecting it after I actually wake up which is roughly 8:30am or do I start after the 8:30am pee... 🤔🙃😂🙎

I feel so stupid trying to figure this out lmaooo cuz I pee so often at night time before I actually wake up for my day lol
