Attraction problems

I'm dating this guy who has never been intimate with a women (Yes, a virgin)or had a relationship. We are in our 30s. He's really shy but has never been shy around me. I'm extremely attracted to him physically and emotionally.

HOWEVER! He cant climax when we are intimate and he drunkenly mentioned that hes attracted to me emotionally and physically but not physically attracted to all of me. He says that attraction isnt binary and that he still has a lot of physical reactions when he sees me.

I'm a single mom so my body is not great... I come off strong but I'm super self conscious

Any advice would be great...
