I Need Advice

I'm not trying to symptom spot or anything. I just need advice or someone to tell me there's hope.

Background: My fiance and I have been TTC since Jan 2018. Month to month, it's been no luck. I have two kids from a previous marriage, 9 and 6. This next baby will be my last one.

So, here's what's going on: All day yesterday, I had an increase of appetite, no bloating, no acne, dull and constant lower abdominal cramping that felt like period cramps, full and sore breasts, lower back ache that I attributed to my job, late night nausea, and late night light brown spotting. Today, I've been feeling really off, intermittent nausea, and I had a lot of brown discharge that looks like I'm about to start my period.

I'm just confused because, with my first two, I never had any of this happen. I don't get these symptoms prior to starting my period, either.

I guess I'm just wanting reassurance. 😭😭
