Spotting
I had a one day period the 21st of this month which for me was a late after my usual day I start. Then here I am cycle day 10 and bright red blood when I wipe again. Don’t know what to consider a period or not. Been ttc since May and I do have a 3cm cyst on my right side but all my blood work levels came back fine.
