Diaper rash
Our little foster son has HORRIBLE diaper rash. I keep applying max desitin cream to him literally every hour on the hour.
However we’re evacuating for the hurricane and have a long drive ahead of us out of state. So I won’t be able to change him hourly like I have been.
Any tips for his bum???!
