My baby is 4 months. Is her mouth looking strange? Is the white top normal? She is really upset and seems in pain. Nothing is helping :(

Can you wipe it off with a wash cloth? Is it on her gums or tongue

It looks like Epstein pearls which are totally normal. I would check with the pediatrician to be sure, but that’s what it looks like.
