One faint positive, the rest negative

So today I'm officially 6 days late for my period, had one faint positive test ahs the rest negatives. My OB office did a blood test, last Friday, negative.

I could list how my body is feeling but the whole list of symptoms is pretty much identical to every pregnancy symptom out there. The biggest thing I'm noticing that's very different for me is breast changes, back ache, mild cramping that's pretty much constant and excessive creamy cervical mucus. I've been so freaking hungry but nauseous in between. The midwives i see said to call mid week if my period still hasn't come and we'll look into why it isn't here. Hopefully they'll confirm it with an internal ultrasound this week!!
