Am I pregnant?

I stopped trying a while ago but didn't use anything to prevent it.

I wasnt tracking so I dont know when this could have happened.

My breast have gotten sore and my nipples got very sensitive. Usually this happens a week before my period.

But I just got over my period. And maybe it's because of ovulation but I dont know.

I have been peeing a lot and getting nauseous out of the blue.

I took 3 test and I see a faint line. As since my period is I believe 12 days away I am not sure what to possibly think...

The line are there but faint. I have a clear blue pregnancy test still left but I am going to wait to test later on.

Am I just hoping too much or is there a chance?
