Wedding and have a UTI!!!

I’m getting married tomorrow and then flying to Louisiana from California where I’ll be living. I woke up this morning with a UTI that’s not super bad, but it’s definitely a tad painful. I’m drinking cranberry juice and taking Azo. Is there any over the counter antibiotics I can take that will help get rid of it? My doctor isn’t available until tomorrow and obviously I’ll be busy. If I can’t get it to go away I’ll be going to the doctor once I’m in Louisiana. Any suggestions? 😖
