question for military girlfriends

hey y’all! so my boyfriend graduated from Air Force basic training yesterday. His dad sent me pictures of him since I couldn’t make it to Texas, but when will my boyfriend be able to use his phone again? I texted him and it hasn’t delivered so I know his phone isn’t on. thanks y’all!
