Definitely TMI but I need to know

Hello, first time posting on this app in general but I’m super insecure about my labia and I want to know if anyone else has this issue. So for some back ground knowledge I am a Virgin all the way around, the farthest I’ve gotten with anyone is making out. I do use vaginal toys and shave that region like once a week, but when I was younger I shaved every other day. As a result I had quite a few ingrown hairs in my teens that I always popped in the shower. Now I’m 25 and noticed one of my Labia is very wrinkly and has lots of skin tags where the other side is smooth with a few wrinkles. I’m super insecure about it and it’s been the main reason I haven’t attempted anything with my past partners. I haven’t been to a gyno (my old school mother has said since I’m not sexually activeI don’t need to go but I know that’s a poor excuse) should I? Is this like a bad thing or is it just one of those “all labia are different” things.

TLDR; one of my Labia is wrinkly and has tags, should I go to the gyno?
