Job question: can I do this?
I have medical records experience and have experience answering patient calls and handling confidential information about patients.
I want to become a medical receptionist and I feel like I can easily become one. Because of my 2 years of answering patients calls and handling and processing medical records.
Most of the jobs I want as a medical receptionist are requiring 1-2 years front office work.
