Burning after sex

I had sex the other day, immediately after i started getting a burning feeling down there on my bikini line. Thought it was a yeast infection but took an at home uti test and it was positive. Any chance std’s can cause uti tests to turn positive? It burns AFTER i pee and not during, no other pain except cramps (period is in 3 days)

So sadly I wont get any relief until after labor day but hearing what you guys think is helpful!
