Is this normal?? (TMI TMI)

My period was two days late and yesterday and today DH and I had sex. Well before I started this off-white long, mucus looking thing came out of me. I have never had that happen. Anyway after that I started and my cramps are awful and it is only DARK blood. Well I just now had to pee and wiped this?! Is it normal or should I be concerned?

And despite what it looks like that is ALL blood!
