I am one of GBS carrier... My heart is breaking...

Got a letter from my latest test saying I am carrying GBS infection, I had no idea what it was, didn't think of anything bad, until I red the letter properly and my heart broke seeing those words that my baby can get seriously ill doing her birth... I'm heart broken, why me? I want my kids to be as healthy as possible and knowing I can make my baby very very ill it breaks my heart... I know I will be getting antibiotics during my labor, but that doesn't mean that she's gonna 100% fine... Who else had the same experience with GBS? How was your baby after the birth? Can I ask for c section? Would c section change anything?
