Maternity pillow worth it?

Are maternity pillows worth it? They’re kind of pricey, just wondering what those that have it think. 
I have 5 pillows on my bed and one long pillow. I only use 2 to sleep. Here and there I use the other ones for in between my legs. Is that good enough or will a maternity pillow change the game?

I have been using my regular body pillow. I can put it where I need the extra support  and it's been great.

I spent so much money on one and ended up preferring just a regular pillow. Complete waste in my opinion

I didn’t see the point buying one they are way too expensive, I just use a normal pillow between my knees and I use a hot water bottle for my back if I’m having any back ache and I’ve done just fine. Still doing it to this day I’m 37 weeks in a few days X

I for a c-shaped one on Amazon... its the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m gonna use it forever lol

I had a preg pillow for my first two- gave it to a friend and omg I’m regretting it now

I bought four different pillows and none of them were comfortable. I ended up using regular pillows and an extra blanket
