Wtf happened yesterday

So a bunch of pills are missing from my case and I have a huge bump on the side of my head. I don't remember anything from yesterday but I do know that I wasn't in the hospital, I woke up collaped on the floor, and that the room & bathroom had the lingering smell of vomit. I can't make sense of what might have happened.

UPDATE: I'm going through my messages and it doesn't look like I ODed again. I was for some reason really really sick and should have been in the hospital but my parents wouldn't take me. I collaped while throwing up and hit my head on the sink counter. Not the best but at least I'm not dying... I think.
