Which car seat has less depth?

I’ve narrowed it down between these too. I think the deciding factor is which one has less depth for our smaller cars (Honda Fit and Civic). Everywhere I look, I see different dimensions for these two. But we already struggle with the infant bucket seat, because my husband has to pull his chair up a lot for us to fit it.

I have both the 4ever and the extend to fit. I have the Graco 4ever in my civic hatchback and my mom has the extend to fit in her mitsubishi lancer. They both fit wonderfully in both cars. They have options for the recline level for rear facing so you can chose how reclined you want it in your car so it can fit. That's probably why you are finding different dimensions for them.

Answer

The Extend2fit is one of the most compact front to back (without the extension panel) once they can sit unassisted. Ours is on recline 4 and takes up less room than our infant seat did.
