Early periods

For the past three months my periods have been early by a week and super light.... I usually have a 28 day cycle every month since I was 14 but these past few months have been rather weird.

This is frustrating considering my husband and I are ready for our second baby and have been trying for about a half a year.....

Does anyone have any tips or ideas to help figure out what is happening?

How do you track ovulation with unexpected timing with periods all of a sudden?
