How to reduce weight effectively
I had my first baby I my weight just went up and kept on going till I figured out I was having difficulties doing my regular chores and I was always getting tired quickly, here’s how I lost my 18kg in 2months
1. I reduce my number of carbs intake I substituted with lot of proteins
2. I started breastfeeding longer than usual becos breastfeeding helps also
3. Most importantly I took ginger tea, ginger water on a regular basis, what it does it it reduce my urge for food and keeps me full
4. I do not let anything good into my mouth after 5:30pm now I know this might sound scary but it does work and the funny thing you won’t die . Always remember do not make food the master of you learn to take control.
6. I exercise 3times every week
N:B do not rush yourself every journey is different but remember this no matter what you weigh or what you look like YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL don’t let anyone pull you down.
