ADVICE NEEDED!!!!

I’ve been having unprotected sex (a lot) recently.. however, I had my period two weeks ago but took a plan b once at the begging of August. Today is my Third day spotting. The first and second day, it was super light and happened only in the morning when I wiped and that was it. I also have had mild and brief cramps accompanying it. Today is my third day- with little to no cramps but spotting a bit more wearing a liner. My breast have also been super tender and sore for the past week and a half as well. I know it would be too early to know if I was pregnant yet, since I’m not even supposed to get my period for another week. Also I am not ovulating anymore when I first started spotting. Any opinions or similar situations if you were pregnant? Just seeking advice before I go visit the OBGYN tomorrow because I’m too curious 😂 Also my periods are pretty irregular, but I have never spotted until now!
