Pregnant after tubal?

I had a tubal over six years ago during my c-section with my third baby. My periods have been hell since, but always on time and always starting and ending the same way. My period was due this past Friday and nothing showed up. I woke up spotting very light and cramping a little mainly in my back. The spotting has already stopped 🙃 I've felt out of sorts I guess...I have no appetite and just want to sleep. My stress hasn't been any different than what it usually is, but I did attempt to quit smoking earlier this month. I have no idea if that would affect it at all.

The reason this is a concern for me is my pregnancies were not healthy, hence my decision to get the tubal. I am terrified of being in that 1% or whatever it is. I had two scares earlier this year, but both scares ended up being because I was very sick (pneumonia one time and an ileus the other time). Both times I was in the hospital. I don't feel sick like that right now but I wouldn't be surprised with how my body is honestly.

I am calling my doctor in the morning to get an appointment this week just to check things out, I guess I was just trying to see if this has happened to anyone else. Was the pregnancy viable and not in the tubes? Please tell me I'm not crazy 🙃
