Iud and rough sex

So I'm dating this guy and we had sex for the first time yesterday and when he pulled his dick out it was HUGE. When I say huge, I mean long and thick. Well I have an iud and yesterday the sex was pretty painful because of his size. A few times he thrusted hard and deep and pain just shot through me.

I was wondering if there is any way that this could knock my iud out of place?
