Formula samples

In the beginning of my pregnancy I signed up for Enfamil and Similac to get the free samples. Well they never sent any and I decided to call. Enfamil said they would send some in 4-6 weeks and similac said within 4-7 business days but asked which one is like since they can only send one. Well today I received some coupons from similac with a letter about me recently contacting them But I didn’t get no sample. Has this happened to anyone and then receive a sample later?
