Who is the same situation as i have? I'm 6 weeks pregnant yesterday we had an ultrasound but no baby inside, no yolk sac either, base on the size and measurement im exactly 6 weeks pregnant, but why i dont see my baby?

My ultrasound from 6 weeks exactly. Baby is still very small , almost too small to see or get a heartbeat at this time.

6wk I had ultrasound only gestational sac was seen; 6wk5days everything was there! I’m now 23 1/2weeks 
It’s just early, have they rebooked another scan

I was 7 weeks before I could see my baby. I don't know exactly why but at 5weeks they didn't see anything when you usually can. It took until 7 weeks for me, so maybe you will able to in a week or two.
