Hemorrhoid

So I never had any hemorrhoids with my first pregnancy... but after Labor I had them for 6 friggen months. It was horrific. Well here I am, at 25wks, with one the size of a nickel. I’ve been doing epson salt baths 2x a day (all the time I have with working full time and carrying for my toddler), using witch hazel, and prep H. I’m miserable. At work I sit on an inflatable donut (thankfully have an office so I can hide it lol). HELP me! What else can I do?! We are supposed to go on vacation in 2 weeks and I just don’t foresee this getting better.
