So tired all the time

I never realized how much effort it takes to go to the grocery store or go pick up food you ordered out. Now it's such an effort to make a trip and I usually end up on the couch afterwards plum tired out. Now I see the value of having food delivered instead of picking it up. Some days I can barely make it home from the grocery store without feeling totally exhausted. I'm 12 weeks 1 day today. Does anyone else feel the same way? Thankfully my naseua has been off and on, but the exhaustion has been relentless.
