Dry diaper 8 hours overnight

Someone talk me down. It’s 3 am and my 2.5 month old hasn’t had a wet diaper since he went down for the night at 7pm. I’m used to changing him every 3-4 hours at night. He had a little dribble in there with a dot of poop just now at 3, but definitely not a “wet” diaper. Getting worried he’s dehydrated or has a blockage or something. He’ll be fine though, right?? Just getting older and able to go longer without relieving himself??
