Please HELP!! 😭😭

I came off the pill at the beginning of April, I got my period normal time, then it was a 52 day cycle, then 2 regular months and last month was a 55 day cycle. I’m waiting on blood an ultrasound results, this month I’m up to cycle day 20 and haven’t had a positive opk strip yet. I feel like I’m never going to ovulate this month. Last month I had a positive on cycle day 18. Is it possible that I’m not ovulating? I’m so confused and worried 😭😭
