Night sweats?

So the last week or so I’ve been waking up sweating. I sleep with the air low and fan on high but it’s not helping. I’m not sick so not breaking a fever. Anyone else going through this?

It is my second time around and the night sweats are just as bad this time. They lasted about a month after labor too.
